DAS Framework & Standard Certification
The DAS Framework (Document of Application and Selection) is our operational vetting system designed to audit technical skills, background certifications, and physical stage readiness. Through this evaluation, candidates obtain a verified standard profile that validates their qualifications for luxury cruise lines, resorts, and high-end venues worldwide. The entire evaluation and certification process carries zero financial cost for the artist at any stage.
Compliance & Market Transparency (MLC 2006)
In accordance with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006), charging recruitment or placement fees directly or indirectly to seafarers and performing artists is strictly prohibited. MAGIC Entertainment rigorously enforces this international mandate across all 9 specialized divisions. If any third party, agency, or individual requests money claiming to represent MAGIC, report it immediately to compliance@magicworldlive.com.
